She works within internal systems such as Schwab, Salesforce CRM, and Tamarac to handle client service requests with accuracy, care, and a collaborative spirit. Whether onboarding a new client or managing day-to-day service needs, Corinne’s attention to detail and communication skills help create the clarity and confidence clients value.
Corinne brings nearly a decade of professional experience to her role, including leadership in systems training, process improvements, and customer relationship management. Before transitioning into wealth management, she spent over six years at CSC Leasing and also held administrative and client-facing roles at Robert Half. Her early career in theater, where she worked as a stage and company manager, shaped her strengths in event execution, presentation, and relationship-building.
A Richmond native, Corinne earned her bachelor’s degree in Theatre from James Madison University and holds a Zendesk Customer Service Professional Certificate. She is passionate about client engagement and is focused on becoming a subject matter expert in client onboarding and the full client journey.
Outside of work, Corinne enjoys attending concerts, cooking, exploring true crime podcasts, and spending time with her family.
